Thank you to all who attended the evening and for your generosity!

On Saturday, August 19th the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons  hosted the Bow Wow Meow Ball, an evening of dinner and dancing on ARF’s 22-acre campus, which designers Alex Papacristidis and David Monn magically transformed. Over 400 high profile guests from New York and the Hamptons attended the evening to celebrate ARF’s life-saving work and raise important funds for cats and dogs in need. The proceeds from the event benefited ARF, the leading animal adoption center on the East End of Long Island. The evening honored Nan Bush and Bruce Weber for their commitment to the Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons. Past Honorees Katharina Otto-Bernstein and Peter Marino presented the ARF Champion of Animals Award to Nan and Bruce. The lively crowd danced to the music of Peter Duchin and his Orchestra. Benjamin Doller of Sotheby’s served as auctioneer for the live auction, with proceeds dedicated to ARF’s efforts to rescue 1,700 homeless cats and dogs in 2017 – a 15% increase over the previous year.

Special thanks to Henry Schein Cares for producing the evening’s feature documentary on two special adoptions that have taken place in 2017: Laura and Shamus.
