Sometimes the gentlest hearts need a little extra time to feel safe, and sweet Faith is one little Southern girl who could use a whole lot of kindness right about now. This precious pup traveled all the way from Alabama on a special transport that flew dogs out of harm’s way ahead of Hurricane Isasis. And because of ARF's ability to make space for Faith and her friends, we were able to help make room for more pups in need in the storm’s aftermath. Now she’s safe on solid ground, but this little gal is still trying to find her footing in a world that feels mighty big and scary. Faith is very shy and shut down right now, and she’s going to need a special someone who understands that not every flower blooms overnight. She isn’t quite ready to show the world who she is just yet, and that’s okay. She needs time, a gentle touch, a quiet place to rest, and a family willing to let her blossom at her own pace. No pressure, no expectations - just a whole lot of patience and the reassurance that she’s finally somewhere safe. After being carried away from a hurricane, Faith deserves a lifetime where the only storms she has to weather are the ones outside her window, curled up safe and sound with a family who adores her.
