Celine is a sweetheart who came to us from Animal Control and has been winning everyone over with her affectionate, eager-to-please personality. She loves meeting new people, has nice leash manners, and picks up new skills quickly. Celine would thrive with a calm, structured home. She’d do best as the only pet (she can be selective with her canine friends), in a cat-free home, and with kids 8+. She’s a young, loving girl who just wants to feel secure and be close to her people — and with a consistent routine, she’ll blossom into an incredible companion.
