Zion

Sweet Zion is a survivor in every sense of the word - he came to ARF in 2025 after surviving the tragedy of the fire at Happy Cat Sanctuary in Medford. And since then Zion is still awaiting a place to call home. This calm and quiet gentleman has a heart full of love, and is waiting for the right person to help him shine. While timid at first, give him some time to get comfortable with you and his true personality comes through - when he chooses you and trusts you, he'll gently nudge you with his head and he'll give you a sweet little meow. Zion would thrive in a calm and peaceful household where there isn't too much unpredictability - and he would do well in a home with other cats, as other cats help give him more confidence and the courage to open up and be his true self. And once he feels safe, Zion will lean into all the affection you can give him. He's been through so much in the past year - and now he's looking to settle down in a home of his own and finally feel safe.
