Snow may be little, but he certainly didn’t get the memo! This pint-sized guy has spunk for days and a personality that is impossible to overlook. Snow came to ARF from Animal Control in California and has wasted no time showing off his fun-loving, spirited side. He’s got plenty of character packed into that little body and is sure to keep his future family entertained. If you like your dogs with a little sass, a lot of personality, and just the right amount of trouble, Snow may be your kind of guy!
