After being surrendered to ARF when her family could no longer take care of her, Phoenix understandably took a little while to regain her trust in people. Now, she is bursting out of her shell and is just waiting for the purrfect lap to cuddle up on for a midday nap in the sun! If you are looking for a new best friend and cuddle bug, Phoenix is your girl!
