Minnow
Small in size, big on charm, and ready to make a splash. Minnow is a tan and white Chihuahua mix puppy with a perfectly scruffy little coat that gives him that just-out-of-the-pond look. Found abandoned in Louisiana with his mom Dewdrop and siblings Tadpole, Algae Bloom, Ducky, and Lily Pad, this little pond crew made it to ARF Hamptons thanks to our rescue partner, X-Port Paws. He is tiny, wiggly, and absolutely hooked on people. If you have a lap, he has already claimed it. If you do not, he will politely wait for you to create one. Minnow is equal parts cuddle bug and curious explorer, ready to dip his toes into the world as long as you are right there with him.
