From New York City. Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 70 at Manorville. Turn right off of the exit ramp and follow Route 111 South to Route 27 East. Follow Route 27 through Southampton, Water Mill and Bridgehampton. Once you have passed the East Hampton town line, you will be in the hamlet of Wainscott. Turn left onto Daniel's Hole Road (a.k.a. The Airport Road), head north for about one mile, and just after the train trestle, look for the ARF sign on the right. Make a right turn into the Adoption Center.

From Montauk. Take Route 27 West to the hamlet of Wainscott. Turn right onto Daniel's Hole Road (a.k.a. The Airport Road), head north for about one mile, and just after the train trestle, look for the ARF sign on the right. Make a right turn into the Adoption Center.

From Sag Harbor. Take Route 114 South and make a right onto Wainscott NW Road, which is about one mile after the beginning of the 55mph zone. That turns into Daniel's Hole Road after two miles, where you will be at the East Hampton Airport. Continue past the last runway and look for the ARF sign on the left, where you will make a left into the Adoption Center.
